You may use strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or a combination. You can also try other fruits such as pineapple, apples, mango, or peaches!

Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
This sauce keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
4 cups strawberries (frozen, sliced)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup water
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add all the ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then mash the berries.
Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Serve warm over pancakes.
