Avocado Smoothie

Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Serve immediately.
