Could you reply and/or post some "recipe guide" meal items for Coumadin users similar to the ones you have on your "lactose intolerant recipe guide" window?
Or maybe a week's worth of sample menus? When you're 82 and confronted with all this all of a sudden, it gets to be confusing. My doctor only says eat what you want and we'll adjust the dosage. That doesn't hit me too well.
