"Every salad you serve is a picture you have painted, a sculpture you have modeled, a drama you have created." -Carol Truax
I had a version of this dressing as part of a delivered meal that we were reviewing. I thought that the basics of it were great, but the dressing was much too salty. The tahini makes a perfect base for your vinaigrette, but it's also a great ingredient to keep on hand for making your own hummus. You can also use tahini in a lot of recipes that might call for peanut butter to bring a different nutty flavor to the dish.
