This dressing tastes just like summer. The combination of sweet, tart, sour and salt balances and the dill shines through. The lower calorie ingredients are enriched by the bright lemon and fresh dill.

1/4 cup | non-fat yogurt |
1/4 cup | reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | non-fat buttermilk |
1/3 cup | fresh lemon juice |
1 tsp | Splenda or stevia |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/3 cup | fresh dill |
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
Chill for at least 2 hours before use.
