People are very particular about their bananas. They like them at a particular degree of ripeness and most folks don't like overripe bananas.
When your bananas turn a bit too brown, peel them and put them in a Tupperware container and then freeze them. There are a lot of great uses for frozen bananas and smoothies are a perfect example. They make for an ice cold smoothie that is super rich and creamy.
You can also use almond or soy milk for a dairy-free version. Make sure to look for alternative milks with no added sugars.

This recipe does not make good leftovers and should be consumed as soon after being made as possible.
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
If too thick, add milk or water 2 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency is reached.
