Dr. Gourmet's Food Reviews

Wolfgang Puck's Grilled Vegetable Cheeseless Pizza

There were mixed opinions on this pizza, but most tasters felt that it was at least acceptable and some would recommend it.

The crust is a little doughy and doesn't hold up too well but there is very good roasted vegetable topping. These had a nice spicy flavor. It was cooked by package directions but would be best to overcook this slightly.

It is fat free and this is a plus. We give it 3 1/2 forks of 5.
