I live outside the United States. Can you ship me a copy of The Dr. Gourmet Diet for Coumadin Users?
Unfortunately, no. We are unable to ship printed books outside the United States. We suggest that you order the downloadable version of the book.
Can I order The Dr. Gourmet Diet for Coumadin Users over the phone?
We do not have the ability to process orders by phone. Please place your order online or download our order form to print out and mail to us.
What's the quickest way to get a copy of The Dr. Gourmet Diet for Coumadin Users?
If you need a copy of the book right away, you can order the book in eBook format (a PDF document). After you make your purchase you will be given a link for you to download the book right away. Yes. We are happy to accept your personal check. Simply print out the order form and mail it to us.
I can't print out the form. What should I do?
Don't worry! Simply mail us a note with the details and your check, made out to Harlan Brothers Productions, LLC. Include your name, desired shipping address (within the United States) and $19.95 + $4.95 s/h for each copy of The Dr. Gourmet Diet for Coumadin Users or $9.95 + $4.95 s/h for each copy of Hand on Heart.

I live in the New Orleans area. Can I come and buy a book in person?
We do not have the ability to process orders at the Dr. Gourmet offices. Please place your order online or download the order form.
How are your books shipped and how fast do they arrive?
Individual copies of The Dr. Gourmet Diet for Coumadin Users are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail, which does not include tracking. Once you place your order online, your book will be shipped within two to five business days. If you mail us a check, your order will usually be shipped within two business days of our receipt of your check, although this may vary due to banking requirements - up to ten days. Once your book has been shipped, your book should arrive within 3-5 days, depending on where you are in the United States. However, in some cases it may take a week or more.
Multiple books are shipped via United States Postal Service Media Mail (also without tracking) and may take up to 10 days to arrive.
I haven't received my downloaded book. What should I do?
Please send an email to sales@drgourmet.com with the Confirmation number you received from our store. If you do not have a confirmation number, please verify that you have been billed through your credit card company, then email us with your name and the order date. We will search our records and email you an eBook (PDF document) once we've verified your purchase.
I want to return my book. How do I do that?
All sales from DrGourmet.com are final.
