Pie pans

The pie pans used in the recipes on this site are 9 inch pans. The pans I use are nothing special except that they are coated with non-stick surface.

Dr. Gourmet Recommends:

This is a good, inexpensive coated pie pan. You don't have to have a bunch of expensive bakeware to do great baking.

Simple as that.
