I went to Whole Foods and bought cane sugar that has 0 calories and 4g of sugar. How does this fit into the sugar list?
I am not sure what this product is, but it must be mislabeled. One gram of sugar (carbohydrate) contains 4 calories, so this product would have 16 calories.
