Great ingredients make for great meals. Whenever you can, use the highest quality supplies for your recipes. The flavor difference will always come through in your finished dish.

I have used most varieties of Graham crackers but have found the Nabisco Low-fat Honey Grahams and Keebler Low-fat Honey Grahams to be very good. The primary reason I use the low-fat version is not as much because of lower calories and fat but because the low-fat versions are drier and make for a crispier crust. (Less calories is an added bonus though.)
The ready made crusts that you will find in the baking section at the grocery have an amazing amount of fat and calories in them and they don't taste all that great. Best to leave them on the shelf.
