When I think about holiday meals I think about foods like turkey, ham, lamb, or a roast - and that often means mint sauce (for the lamb) or horseradish (for the beef). These two actually go together quite well and just a bit of this sauce will really set off your lamb, beef, pork, or even turkey.

1 cup | fresh mint leaves |
1/4 cup | prepared horseradish |
1 tsp. | maple syrup |
1/8 tsp. | salt |
Place the mint, horseradish, maple syrup, and salt in a blender and puree until smooth.
