One taster said, "A good way to lose weight is to buy food that has no flavor because then you won't eat it." This is certainly true with this frozen meal. No forks for this because it has absolutely no flavor. It is flavorless egg noodles in flavorless creamy sauce with flavorless chicken bits (that have a grainy texture) with soggy flavorless broccoli.
I usually think better of Healthy Choice products but this is one to be avoided.
