|2 Tbsp||reduced-fat sour cream|
|1 Tbsp||reduced-fat mayonnaise|
|1 Tbsp||pickle relish|
|1 Tbsp||sun dried tomato paste|
|2 Tbsp||red bell pepper (finely diced)|
|2 Tbsp||fresh chives (minced)|
|fresh ground black pepper (to taste)|
Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
