The sweetness of the mango goes perfectly with the mustard and the brightness of the lime and green onions. This salsa goes great on almost anything: grilled fish or shrimp, roasted chicken or even on top of your tacos.

|2 small||green onions (thinly sliced crosswise)|
|1/2 small||red bell pepper (seeded and finely diced)|
|3 tsp.||coarse ground mustard|
|1 tsp||olive oil|
Place the mango, green onions, red peppers, mustard, salt, olive oil, and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
Fold together and chill well before serving.
