1/2 small | cucumber (seeded but not peeled) |
1/2 cup | non fat Greek yogurt |
1 Tbsp | fresh oregano (minced) |
1 small | green onion (thinly sliced) |
1/8 tsp | salt |
fresh ground black pepper (to taste) |
Grate the cucumber. Place it in a bowl with the yogurt, oregano, green onion, salt and pepper. Chill.
