|1/2 small||cucumber (seeded but not peeled)|
|1/2 cup||non fat Greek yogurt|
|1 Tbsp||fresh oregano (minced)|
|1 small||green onion (thinly sliced)|
|fresh ground black pepper (to taste)|
Grate the cucumber. Place it in a bowl with the yogurt, oregano, green onion, salt and pepper. Chill.
