This is about as simple as it gets for making an avocado toast that is super complex in flavor: creamy avocado paired with eggs and exotic spices. Just perfect.

This recipe can easily be multiplied but does not make good leftovers.
Mash the avocado in a small bowl.
Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice and fold together.
Toast the bread and then top with the sliced egg.
Sprinkle the five spice powder over the top of the eggs and then garnish with sesame seeds.
