Risotto con Pollo

Step Two: Prep the ingredients.

Slice the chicken into strips

If the strips are too long, cut them crosswise so they are about 2 inches long.

Step Three: Cook

Place the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pumpkin seeds and cook for about 2 minutes until they begin to brown.

Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minutes. Stir frequently and adjust the heat so that the garlic doesn't turn brown.
