Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir frequently and adjust the heat so that the onions don't brown too much.
Add the cumin.
Add the chili powder.
Add the cayenne pepper. If you don't like your food very spicy, leave this out. If you like your food very spicy, add as much as you dare.
Add some fresh ground pepper.
Then add the salt.
