Here's the recipe for Quick and Easy Taco Salad without the pictures. You can print the recipe by clicking the print icon at the top of the right-hand column. Be sure to turn off any popup blockers, as it opens in a new window.
All the prepared ingredients.
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl except for the tortilla chips.
Crumble the tortilla chips over the top into quarter-sized pieces. Note that I am using blue corn chips here. These have a great nutty flavor and add another color to the salad. Using yellow corn chips is great too.
Toss the salad carefully.
