What foods are high in iron?

I have low iron and would like to know what foods are high in iron.

Walnuts, both whole and shelled, in a glass bowl. Walnuts are high in iron.

There are a lot of great, healthy foods that are high in iron. Here's a link to a short list of foods, (PDF) along with iron requirements by age and gender, to get you started.
