I love your recipes but wish you would give us some for outdoor cooking. I use a gas grill or a big green egg for most of my cooking in the summertime.
This is a great question. I have a Big Green Egg too and love it. I have not made recipes specifically for the grill, however, because not everyone has one. You can use any of the recipes that call for pan grilling or broiling on your grill. Here are some examples:
