I am curious what you think about the 500 calorie diet with Vitamin B and lipotropics.
This is quackery at its finest. No one should be on a 500 calorie diet and there's no such thing as a "lipotropic." Such schemes are scams by quack supplement manufacturers and are designed only to lighten your wallet.
Such people don't care about your health - only your money.
If you want to lose weight, there's only one way. Eat fewer calories and exercise more. There's a lot of information on the Dr. Gourmet website that can help you get started. Here's a link to our section on the How and Why of Eating Healthy.
