Dr. Gourmet's Food Reviews

Health Valley No Salt Added Chicken Broth

This product came in second place behind the salted version of Health Valley's chicken broth. There is a nice golden color that is slightly cloudy. The aroma is faint but is a true chicken smell.

The flavor was a little thin and clearly low-sodium, making it a little bland. The aftertaste was variously described as none, slightly metallic and reconstituted.

3 1/2 forks out of five.
