
Health Valley Chili: Vegetarian Lentil
This is a good chili but has more of the consistency of a soup. The flavor is milder than other canned chilis tasted but there's a good texture. In blind testing one might not know that it is made with soy protein. It is great heated with a little shredded low-fat jack cheese and a dollop of non-fat sour cream. In an enchilada recipe it is not bad but a bit soupy.
