The Dr. Gourmet Diet Plan

Happy New Year from all of us at Dr. Gourmet!

Three years ago we began working on a meal planner to make it easier for you to eat healthier. Our goal was to create an online suite of tools that would allow you to create menu plans, track your calories and achieve your goals. The planner has evolved with versions for Comfort Food recipes only as well as those with specific dietary needs.

In the last few months we have brought all of those versions with their features together in a single easy to use program. Today we re-launch the planner, along with an online coaching program, as The Dr. Gourmet Diet Plan.

We designed The Dr. Gourmet Diet Plan to be a real world alternative to silly fad diets. This isn't really a diet but an overall approach to food and being healthy. In addition, you can follow The Dr. Gourmet Diet Plan coaching program to learn about the latest diet research and how to easily apply it to your life.

Use the free Real World Diet planner to create easy meal plans for you and your family. This works for losing weight or just learning to eat healthy. Here are just some of the features:

Other websites charge you as much as $29.95 per month for this service, but The Dr. Gourmet Diet Plan is completely free. We don't even ask for your credit card information.

The basis for this plan is founded in Mediterranean style diet principles. While that might not seem like part of your real world, Dr. Gourmet menu plans and recipes translate those concepts into familiar dishes from many cuisines - Comfort Food, American, French, Southwestern, Asian, Caribbean, Italian, Spanish....

At Dr. Gourmet we want to help you understand why you should eat better and give you the tools to show you how to do it. I recognize that you have to live in the real world and eat real food, and The Dr. Gourmet Diet Plan is a practical plan that you can easily make part of your life. These principles are the ones that research has proven time and again to help you lose weight, live longer, live better and best of all, eat great food!

All my best to you in the new year,

Timothy S. Harlan, M.D.
