  • 1. Create Profiles
    • Create a custom profile for each person who will participate in your meal plan.

  • 2. Health Issues
    • In your profiles, choose any combination of health issues, food allergies, or foods you or your family just don't like.

  • 3. Exercise
    • Include any exercising you plan to do.

  • 4. Get Your Menu
    • Get two weeks of daily meal plans that take into account you and your family's health issues, likes and dislikes, and allergies.

      Don't like what's on the menu? Choose a different recipe or select a frozen meal from a list of Dr. Gourmet-approved options.

  • 5. Shopping Lists
    • Each weekly menu comes with a complete shopping list that you can print out and take with you to the grocery store. Planning your meals ahead of time saves you time and money.

  • 6. Daily Diaries
    • Each person in your meal plan can track what they ate and whether they exercised every day. Include any snacks you may eat, or if your plans change (maybe you ate lunch out?), you can track that too. Calories eaten and calories burned are added up as you go, so that you know how close you are to your daily total.


  • 7. Goal Tracking
    • As the days go by, you and your family can see your individual progress toward your goals!
