Chocolate and Fat

OK, chocolate has fat in it. Rather a lot, really. The fat is in the form of cocoa butter, which is extracted primarily from the nibs of the cocoa bean during processing (see Cocoa). This doesn't mean that you shouldn't eat chocolate – you should. Just be careful about the calories that it adds to your diet.
