The recipes below are separated into two types: Gluten Free and Safe with Cautions. Recipes labeled Gluten Free are, to the best of our knowledge, free of ingredients containing gluten.

Those recipes labeled Safe With Cautions are considered gluten-free if the ingredients used to make them are also gluten free. Consult the Ingredients FAQ page for guidance on choosing gluten-free ingredients.

Recipes that do not appear on this list are not safe for those with gluten sensitivity.

Here are our lists of common ingredients that contain gluten and those that do not contain gluten. These lists do not cover all possible ingredients, but they do cover almost all ingredients in Dr. Gourmet recipes.
