Tapenade

Servings = 16 (Makes one cup) | Serving Size = 1 tablespoon

This recipe can easily be multiplied by 2 or 3. This keeps well for about 2 weeks in the fridge if sealed tightly.

6 ounces (about 60) pitted kalamata olives
3 Tbsp. capers
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Place olives, capers, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper in a blender or small food chopper and process until smooth.

Chill.
