About The Comfort Food Diet
You know what it's like to need to lose weight or eat healthier. There's an enormous amount of information on the Internet and in books about how to lose weight, but none of it really makes it easy.
My patients used to come to see me and when I would talk to them about how to eat healthy and lose weight, they would say, “Tell me what to eat.”
And like most doctors (I'm a board-certified internist), I would say something like, “Well, cut down on fats and saturated fat and reduce the amount of calories that you eat.”
Because I grew up in the restaurant business and am a chef, I know quite a bit about cooking and nutrition.
