What are your suggestions for eating during chemotherapy?
I'm undergoing chemotherapy for B cell lymphoma. Are there any tasty recipes you can recommend that are high in calories to help stop the weight loss?

Two fantastic books deal with this issue. My favorite is Healthy Eating During Chemotherapy (from Amazon.com).
The book has great background information and each of the recipe sections is broken down by food textures and temperatures to help users through each phase of chemotherapy.
The other book is by Louisiana dietitian and cookbook author, Holly Clegg. Eating Well Through Cancer: Easy Recipes & Recommendations During & After Treatment also has good information on cancer and nutrition but also contains dozens of familiar recipes.
