How should I eat after a six month treatment with Coumadin (warfarin) is finished?

Very healthy. There really are no restrictions from the standpoint of preventing further blood cots, for instance. I have not found any evidence of a particular diet that you should be following.
That said, it's always a great opportunity to decide to eat as healthy as possible. We know that the best choice is Mediterranean style diet. You can get started on how to make those changes here:
